Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates
Pilates was founded by Joesph Pilates in the early 1900’s, and since then adaptions have been made following the most up to date clinical research in order to improve the effectiveness of Pilates exercises. Pilates is a mind and body conditioning activity that focuses on strengthening your central core and working outwards into the limbs to create optimised movement patterns.

1-2-1 Clinical Pilates sessions are highly advantageous for learning the correct technique for exercises and performing them safely without aggravating any pre – existing injuries. All our clinical Pilates sessions are also led by qualified Sports therapists or Physiotherapists , who are experts in injury, pain and human movement therefore we ensure the highest quality in delivery in your sessions.

Your first clinical Pilates session will be tailored to your individual based on current needs, complaints or injury. To start your Pilates journey your specialist instructor will do a full assessment of spinal mobility, muscle strength, coordination and flexibility and select the most suitable exercises for you to practice
